database, web and social media based systems.
I offer practical and effective solutions to clients' business problems, always spending time beforehand to discuss and understand their current
business processes and their perceived and actual requirements.
I have been responsible for projects in many world class organisations and at several high profile, prestigious sites.
My previous role as a tutor and module leader at Durham University Business School on their MBA and MA programmes, as well as supervising many masters level dissertations,
helped develop acute analytical clarity and a pedantic and detailed approach to projects.

I have many years' management and customer service experience in commercial, training and administrative areas in leading-edge organisations involved in telecommunications,
computing and public relations and have delivered numerous training courses to many 'blue chip' companies and government departments.
As well as first class presentation, training and inter-personal skills, I have particular empathy with users of business information systems. All this has given me an
enviable reputation and won us much repeat business.
